1-TO-1 sessions are the best way to get valuable time with a Personal Trainer who will guide, advise and coach you to your results in the gym. Our 1-TO-1 sessions take place in our very private, client friendly gym-unit. With only coach and client at work in the gym, there’s no praying eyes or intimidating egos. At any one time there will only be our receptionist, your coach and you – in the gym, with the short over lap of the next client coming after you.
Sessions last 30 minutes in total which is more than enough time to get the right amount of work done.
1-TO-1 sessions are £30 per session or you can block book. Check out Block Bookings for our signature package deal.
Regardless if it’s one session or a block of sessions, everyone gets some added extras. Single session clients will receive a free meal plan to get them started on the road to healthier choices. Check out our Block Bookings page for full details.
